All ZAAP Products come with 12 month Warranty from the date of its original purchase. We only cover ZAAP Products purchased from our authorized distributors.
1. Requests within country of purchase
We will take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND including any return shipping costs.
2. When does the warranty begin?
It begins the day you place your order.
3. How do I claim the warranty?
Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the User Manual & Videos for your product and attempt troubleshooting to save time.
If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org, You must send your Order Number, Purchased From(Retail Store name/E-commerce Site), Mobile Number(Best time to call back) & Country.
Refund or Exchange: Please enter your preference, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
4. What is a valid proof of purchase?
- An Amazon(Other E-commerce Stores)/Walmart/Home Depot/Autozone order number for a purchase made.
- A dated sales receipt from an authorized ZAAP Reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price.
5. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
Limitation of Warranty: The product carries ZAAP's limited One Year Warranty that covers factory defects and flaws in workmanship. Warranty does not cover any External accessories, Damage caused to the product due to improper Installation/Use by customer, normal wear and tear.
