(Zaap Referral Program)

The ZAAP Referral Program (the “Program”) allows individuals (“ZAAPAmbassador”) to earn approved commissions by referring friends to purchase a ZAAP product . To participate, you must:

• Referrer must be a ZAAP Customer
• Agree to the Terms & Conditions, and
• Register for the program

How to Earn Your Commission

When you sign up , we’ll generate a unique link assigned only to you. Post it on social media, your blog or website, or just email it to a few friends. When a friend clicks on it, the link will lead him to ZAAP website where a modal will be displayed with code for 5% off. If the friend shop &completes a purchase, you will be notified & your commission will be transferred to your bank account after 20 days.

How do I Check My Rewards

On your Referral Portal Page, click on “Track Your Rewards”. Login to your account, all reward details will be there.

Issue with Referral Links/Rewards

Qualifying Order

A Qualifying Order should be placed by visiting ZAAP’s website from shared link. It cannot be returned for a refund. If the product is returned for a refund, the commission payment is forfeited. ZAAP reserves the right to cancel a Qualifying Order if placed fraudulently.

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes to friends who will appreciate receiving these messages. Referral links should not be distributed to recipients who do not have a personal connection to the referrer (such as coupon websites, Reddit, and Wikipedia).

Termination and Change

ZAAP may suspend or terminate the ReferralProgram or a user’s ability to participate in the Ambassador Program at any time for any reason. Requirements and incentives may also change at any time. ZAAP reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and cancel or modify referrals if activity is deemed abusive or fraudulent. Commissions earned as a result of fraudulent activity are null and void.

Limitations

There is no limit to the number of commissions each ZAAP Ambassador can earn.

Updates to the Terms

ZAAP reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification. If the modified terms are not acceptable, the only recourse is to stop sending referrals or participating in the Referral Program.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and constitutes and supersedes all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties, written or oral.
